SPECIAL EVENTS: If you require your order by a specific date, you must secure a Commission Slot first. We will discuss your timeline during our initial consultation.
COMMISSION INQUIRIES & EMAIL POLICY:
NO COLD INQUIRIES: To maintain our production schedule and focus on our current collectors, we do not provide design consultations or price quotes via email unless a deposit is paid, a designer will reach out within 48-72 hours.
HOW TO WORK WITH US: The only way to initiate a custom project is to secure a Commission Slot through our website.
POST-PURCHASE: Once a slot is purchased, we will contact you at oneweirdchick@gmail.com within 48 hours to finalize your design, size, and theme.
RUSH ORDERS & FEES: Need your wearable art sooner? Limited rush slots are available.
FEES: Rush fees are calculated based on design complexity and the requested deadline. Standard rush fees typically range from 25% to 50% of the total order cost.

THE SCULPTURE: Every detail is hand-sculpted using professional-grade, flexible, high-strength compounds.
DURABILITY: These are shoes, not glass. They are water-resistant, crack-resistant, and sealed for daily wear.
DISCLAIMER: If the primary shoe base is not available in your size at the time of production, a comparable quality boot or shoe will be substituted.
