Shipping & Delivery

  • Production Timeline: To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and detail, our standard production and transit window is 4 to 6 weeks.

  • VIP Expedited Production: If you require your order sooner, we offer Priority Studio Access for an additional $100 fee. This moves your order to the front of our design queue. (Please note: This fee covers priority production only; shipping transit times still apply.)

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We are pleased to offer Complimentary (Free) Shipping on all domestic orders.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International Shipping Fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Signature Requirement: To guarantee the security of your investment, all orders require a signature upon delivery.

  • Redelivery & Unclaimed Items: If a package is returned to the Studio as "Unclaimed" or "Undeliverable" due to a missed signature, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will hold your piece for up to 30 days while waiting for re-shipment payment.

  • Fully Insured: Every shipment is fully insured for its total value. In the rare event of transit damage, your piece is protected.

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final: Every piece of wearable art is hand-designed and custom-tailored to your order. Because each item is a unique, labor-intensive creation, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Sizing: We encourage you to consult our Sizing Guide thoroughly before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizing choices.

  • Material & Style Disclaimer: * Inspired Designs: All wearable art represents an original artistic interpretation "inspired by" the source material.

    • ssBase Substitutions: If the specific base shoe style pictured is unavailable, a very similar, high-quality base will be used. By placing your order, you accept this substitution policy.

    • Aesthetic Focus: Descriptions focus on the visual appearance of the art. Due to the proprietary nature of our techniques, we do not disclose specific construction materials.

  • Abandoned Items: We do not offer refunds for items returned due to non-delivery. Items not claimed or re-shipped within 90 days become the property of the Studio.
