Absolutely! While every pair is a unique work of art, they are completely wearable. They are crafted using high-quality materials designed to hold up to normal, everyday wear. However, because they feature intricate, hand-sculpted details, we do recommend treating them with a bit of extra care, they aren't meant for intense sports, acrobatics, or heavy-impact activities!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each piece is individually hand-designed and customized to order, our standard production and processing time is 4 to 12 weeks. We appreciate your patience while we take the time to make your custom item perfect!

How do I care for my custom items?

To keep your wearable art looking fresh, follow these simple care steps:

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe down the surfaces with a damp, soft cloth or rag. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing.

  • Storage: Keep them in a cool, dry place at standard room temperature.

  • Avoid Extreme Heat: Never leave your custom items in hot cars, direct sunlight for extended periods, or near high-heat sources, as extreme temperatures can damage the sculpted elements and paint.

What is your sizing recommendation?

To ensure the most comfortable fit for your custom footwear, we highly suggest ordering half a size up from your usual standard shoe size.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Because every single item is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction and love for the art are incredibly important to us! We want you to absolutely adore your product, so we provide a Satisfaction Guarantee Exchange Policy:

  • If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request an exchange.

  • Strict Time Limit: Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of the tracking number showing a completed delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for an exchange.

Are there variations between pieces?

Yes, and that is the beauty of it! We are an independent art studio, not a factory production line. Because each piece is completely hand-painted and individually sculpted with love, you may notice tiny variations or slight differences from one item to the next. These are not flaws; they are the unique fingerprints of a truly one-of-a-kind piece of art created just for you.

Production Timeline: To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and detail, our standard production and transit window is 4 to 12 weeks.

Domestic Shipping (USA): We are pleased to offer Complimentary (Free) Shipping on all domestic orders.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International Shipping Fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Signature Requirement: To guarantee the security of your investment, all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Redelivery & Unclaimed Items: If a package is returned to the Studio as "Unclaimed" or "Undeliverable" due to a missed signature, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will hold your piece for up to 30 days while waiting for re-shipment payment.

Fully Insured: Every shipment is fully insured for its total value. In the rare event of transit damage, your piece is protected.
