Because each pair is handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. However, if your shoes arrive defective or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

HOW STURDY ARE YOUR SHOES?

My shoes are extremely durable and made to last. Each pair is handcrafted with care and quality materials. In the rare case you receive a defective product, I’ll gladly replace or repair it. Otherwise, all sales are final.

ARE YOUR SHOES HANDMADE?

Yes! Every pair is handmade and one-of-a-kind, designed by One Weird Chick. No two pairs are ever exactly the same — you’re wearing a piece of art.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Each pair is made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping. If you need your shoes by a certain date, reach out before purchasing and I’ll do my best to make it happen.**SOME ORDER MAY TAKE LONGER DEPENDING ON SIZE/AVAILABILITY

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

My shoes generally fit true to size, but if you’re between sizes, I recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. You can always message me before ordering if you’re unsure.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHOES?

Handle them with care — they’re art you can walk in! Avoid soaking them in water and store them somewhere cool and dry. Use a soft cloth or gentle brush for cleaning
